I was extremely impressed with the service. Adam was our technician, and he was both professional and straightforward. My oldest child was at home since I couldn't be there when Adam arrived. He called to inform me of his arrival and kept me updated about the issue. Thank you for…

They came in, completed the job quickly, cleaned the furnace and the A/C, and made a minor repair on the furnace. The technician was friendly and the service was excellent!

I wish I could give a zero-star rating for this experience... I reached out to the company, but they never returned my call. I ended up going with Western Disaster Recovery, and I'm glad I did! I wanted to have my air ducts cleaned and my furnace serviced, and Western Disaster Re…

We had a fantastic experience with ICE. They performed quality work, were friendly, and very reasonable in their dealings with us. This is definitely the company we will rely on for any future heating or air conditioning needs!

Steve and Josh fixed a problem in 30 minutes that another company couldn't resolve after three separate visits. Exceptional service and a great price! Hire these guys.

ICE did an excellent job. Josh was friendly, communicative, and punctual, and I truly appreciated his determination. He was one of only two companies that didn't require me to wait 1-2 weeks just for an estimate! Our installation appointment went smoothly, and I was even able to…
