They were able to come out the day after I reached out, fitting me into a small time slot I had available. The two gentlemen who arrived were professional, courteous, and efficient in completing their task. I will definitely use their services again.

Working with Colorado Comfort Heroes is always a great experience. About four years ago, they installed our A/C unit in our new home. Their technician, Peter, arrived within the scheduled time frame and even called ahead to inform us of his arrival. He resolved the issue in under…

The day before the temperature dropped to 11 below, my mom's heating system failed. They arrived in less than two hours and worked throughout the day. Jay, who was the lead technician (I hope I got his name right), was very polite and patient, taking the time to show my mom how t…

At 2 AM, we realized that our heating system had stopped working. I sent a message through their website, and by 6:45 AM, they responded and asked if 8-10 AM would work for us. At 8:40 AM, they called to let us know they were just ten minutes away. They quickly identified the iss…

I had them come out to install a new water heater. It took about 80 minutes for them to remove the old unit and install the new one. The new connecting pipes were exceptionally well done. I am very pleased with both the quality of work and the price.

Jay was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He explained the issues clearly and did an excellent job cleaning up after he finished. He mentioned that he or a coworker would return promptly if the issue wasn't resolved, but that wasn't necessary as he successfully fixe…

I arranged for an appointment regarding a leaking pipe under my deck. I was informed that a previous job took longer than expected, so I rescheduled for the following day. The technicians arrived and were able to find the source of the leak and repair it. They kept me updated on…

They were extremely courteous and efficient! I discovered my furnace was leaking around 1 PM. I called another company that said they could 'fit me in next week.' I then contacted CMSolutions, and they had a team at my home by the end of the day! I was very relieved, as I did not…

Edited: I just saw the owner's response thanking me, but it appears to be a generic reply. It might be wise to be a bit more careful with that... it's a bit awkward. I took the time to write this review, and he couldn't even take the time to...
