I have reached a point where whenever something needs fixing in my home, I simply call Pride Services. My interactions with them—both with the office staff and the various teams that have assisted me at home—have demonstrated that their employees are knowledgeable, patient, and c…

I want to express my gratitude to everyone at this company, including the owner, the woman on the phone, and all the workers here. These gentlemen have helped me numerous times: with the bathroom (three times), dishwasher, faucet, and we ultimately replaced the boiler and pipes.…

I had a fantastic experience with Pride Plumbing. I needed several repairs, and Steven came to assess the issues. He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with a quote for the repairs. The job was completed today, and Steven did an excellent job, leaving the ho…

I had an issue with a leaking/broken bath spout for the past few months and reached a point where it needed to be addressed. I contacted a few highly rated plumbers on Yelp, and Pride was quick to respond. A brief call and message had them come over to evaluate the damage. Ali ar…

I called Pride Services on a Sunday evening because our kitchen sink had developed a leak. I expected to leave a message since it was the weekend at 7:30 PM, but to my surprise, they answered pleasantly! They informed me that someone would be able to come by between 12-3 PM and t…

We have relied on Pride Services for the last 15 years and have never been let down by the quality of their work. In fact, they are currently completing a new project for us, and I would rate their service as better than ever... Thanks to Danny and Sean.

Thanks, Ron. It has been our pleasure serving you all these years.

This is an outstanding company. I had to find a new service provider because the one we were using was not fixing things properly and kept charging excessively. We are very satisfied with the work and customer service this company delivers. Our home was built in 1938, and there w…

This review is completely false. The quote was provided to me, not my husband. I made the call, and yes, you did speak with my husband, but HE NEVER SAID 'thank you for a job well done!' because he believes, as I do, that nearly $800 to change a few valves and tighten pipes (whic…

Kathy, I apologize for the delayed response. The way we had Yelp set up did not notify us of our customer reviews. That issue has been resolved. When we visited your home on 5/17/21, our technician provided your husband with the cost of the work upfront. He agreed to the price, a…

Excellent service; they arrived quickly when I had an emergency with my water heater. I would highly recommend them!

An outstanding plumbing contractor. As a construction manager, I have collaborated with many plumbing contractors, some of whom I had derogatory names for. Not Gerakaris; whenever I am assigned a project with them as the plumbing contractor...
Diagnostics, installs and the odd bad attic, from contractors who film their own jobs.
