Literally a life saver and amazing work. I experienced a cracked toilet tank in the middle of the night in July, resulting in water pouring out. After soaking up the water and shutting it off, I had to wait for a water mitigation service to dry everything out. I contacted CroppMe…

High Tide Plumbing was the contractor chosen by our property management team to address a water heater leak. They were a delight to work with—responsive and available to come out the same day we reported the issue. We needed our water heater replaced in our rental unit, and he ma…

When we made our appointment, we requested a call before his arrival because we have an infant and a dog, so it’s helpful to know when to expect someone. He agreed and mentioned he would call first without providing a specific time. I took off work to be home all day, and suddenl…

Herb is an exceptional master plumber. He replaced our water heater back in April 2018. When he inspected it, he remarked that it looked quite new. It was clear he wasn’t trying to sell me a new water heater. I insisted on a replacement since it was 20 years old, but he reassured…

I reached out to several larger plumbing companies (Len the plumber, Roto-Rooter) to get a quote for fixing my jammed garbage disposal. Then I noticed Abe's 148 (now 149) five-star reviews and decided to give him a call. He answered right away at 7:30 pm, and while the…
