Our air conditioning system, which is over 12 years old, wasn’t effectively cooling the upstairs area. We aimed to hire a local, family-owned, licensed, and insured company, which narrowed down our options significantly. Over the past four years of living here, we had dealt with…

When our water heater failed, my parents had always relied on My Plumber, not knowing of any other trustworthy options. My plumber quoted us over $5000 for repairs (even though they had 'replaced' it seven years ago, but apparently, they didn’t). My dad was inclined to stick with…

My wonderful landlord discovered Chamberlain. They came out, provided an estimate, and were extremely friendly, ultimately winning the bid to replace the AC unit. Just two days later (the entire system had to be replaced), they were here for hours, working diligently to install t…

Six months later, during a particularly hot week in June, our AC failed, as it tends to do every summer. Given that it's 35 years old, we have been preparing to replace it. We decided to go with Chamberlain Services and were very pleased to find that the final price was exactly w…

Nick and his team at Prime Solutions were outstanding after my basement flooded. They responded within 1-2 hours of my Yelp request, began remediation the same day, and did a quick and thorough job of draining, drying, and removing personal items.

Long story short is we hired them to install a roof. They had to remove cedar shake shingles and replace them with architectural shingles. Not going to lie, we had two issues with them. One was a fluke and it we taken care of…
