I've used Brian's for years for repairs on an old York HVAC so I called &/or filled out his on-line form 3 times to get a quote on a brand new HVAC - no response. The 4th time one of his assistants (Mike?) called back & gave me an estimate over the phone w/o even seeing what need…

When our A/C went out on a very cold and icy evening, Brian responded quickly and worked through the night to bring it back. He even managed not to wake a sleeping 2-year-old who's room was right by the unit! Great service and great work.

They still service floor furnaces in Tulsa. I thought I was going to have to buy a new central heat and air system which I cant afford. The other company left me high and dry and Brians fixed my floor furnace for $540.

I was told the service call fee was $69 was charged $75. He was there for about 30-40mins then he left for about 15mins said that he had to get a part and that the limit control was out. Well I'm still having the same problem. I was charged $150 for nothing! I will never use them…
