Hendrick Heat and Air

I required an A/C tune-up as the summer season commenced to ensure my unit was functioning properly before the weather became too harsh. I had typically used other companies for this service in the past, but I received a promotional mailer from Hendrick Heat and Air and noticed t…

I reached out to five different AC companies. The only one that provided me with a price for their Freon was this company, and they had a real person answer the phone, unlike the other companies that used AI. I appreciated that and decided I would use this company. They did a com…

They came out to install two new A/C units but violated several NEC and HVAC codes. They had to return the next day to redo 70% of the work. They initially did not plan to pull a permit. They also handled the electrical work, which is usually not done by HVAC companies, and had t…

I was quoted $80 to come out and light the pilot light, but I ended up being charged $150 for it. It's outrageous that it was $80 just to show up and then $150 to light it. I will never use them again.

These guys appear to be a reliable heating and air company. Clint was pleasant to work with, explained how everything functioned, and ensured I understood. I believe they are honest and keep their promises. I had one unit replaced by them, and I plan to have my other one done thi…

I contacted Hendrick Heat & Air on Tuesday at 6:54 PM for an AC service. The answering service took my details, and within minutes I received a call back to arrange the necessary service! Kent arrived on Wednesday, shortly after 10 AM, and got right to work. He had our unit opera…

Hendrick's replaced both of my HVAC systems and converted my ductwork from floor to ceiling ducts. I am very pleased with the work they completed and the consultation they provided, especially since my installation presented some unique challenges. When I initially contacted them…

This was absolutely the worst call I have ever made! The woman who answered the phone had no clue what she was doing! I called to schedule their advertised $69.95 tune-up special, and she kept insisting it would cost me $79.95 just for them to come out and diagnose what was wrong…

I am extremely thankful that they were accommodating with our appointment time. Sterling was an excellent technician and was able to explain and address many of our questions. We are very excited about the maintenance program we signed up for. What a fantastic deal!

The best in Tulsa! They provided very quick service and outstanding prices. They managed to replace my heating and air units on the same day, and their quote was two thousand dollars less than other estimates. I highly recommend them!

Tate assisted in cleaning up my unsuccessful attempt at replacing an old Moen cartridge in my shower. It wasn't cheap for a 15-minute job, but it was the same quote I received from another local business. They were quick to respond and did a great job.
