Moshe was excellent. He was easy to communicate with via text and arrived right on time. He even showed me how to fix the issue if it arises again in the future. I will definitely be using him as my go-to plumber from now on.

I called this morning for emergency service, and Moshe arrived on time and resolved the issue swiftly without leaving a mess. They are the best!

I have been using Academy Rooter for several years now. As a general contractor, I have many clients who have required plumbing repairs and drain cleaning, and Academy has consistently been there for us.

Once again, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and the positive attitudes of this company. Cesar was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They communicated effectively and mentioned that this current job was 'on the house' because it was a quick fix.

This was our first experience with this company, and it was truly great. We had a clogged kitchen drain. I called around 8:30 a.m., and I was informed that someone would arrive that morning between 10:00 and 11:00.

So here’s the bottom line: Would you prefer to fly coach or first class? That sums up my opinion of this company. It is first class all the way. I rarely write reviews because I don't trust what people say, but this is an exception.

I am genuinely amazed by the courtesy, professionalism, and fair pricing provided by Nic, Edwin, Brian, and the entire crew! I can honestly say that I have never encountered such a thoroughly decent group of technicians in any industry.
