I discovered Owens Plumbing and Rooter through a Yelp search. My inquiry was addressed immediately, and we arranged an appointment for the following day (it wasn't an emergency). Brandon and his colleague arrived exactly on time and assessed my situation.

I have never written a review before, but I felt it was necessary after my experience with Top Notch.
