1Log & property detailsWho serviced what, and the date every due result below is measured from.Property not set · As of 07/29/2026
Every next-due date and every OK / due-soon / overdue result on this sheet is measured from this date, so the report reads the same whenever it is reopened.
The maintenance plan you sold, printed on the report. Individual filters still carry their own intervals — a 1 inch return filter and a 4 inch media cabinet on the same system rarely change together.

Each visit adds a line. Nothing overwrites the last one, so the sheet keeps the full service history — and the next due date below is worked out from the most recent dated change.

Filters are sold by nominal size but measure about half an inch smaller on each face dimension — a 16x25x1 is really 15.5 x 24.5 x 0.75 inches. Order by nominal, verify by actual. The actual depth is only published for 1 inch (0.75) and 2 inch (1.75) filters; deeper media cabinets vary by manufacturer, so measure before ordering.
ASHRAE 62.1 §5.9 sets MERV 8 as the minimum upstream of any cooling coil or other wetted surface serving an occupiable space. Anything below that is flagged on this sheet.
Carrier publishes 30 days for 1" fiberglass, 30–90 days for 1" pleated, and 6–12 months for 4" media filters. Those are the defaults here; a typed interval always wins. HEPA and washable media have no general published figure — take those from the equipment manufacturer.
