My air conditioner began to emit air at room temperature. They managed to send a technician out the same day I called. John was upfront about the fact that geothermal systems were not his specialty. The following day, Tommy came by. He had more experience with geothermal systems…

Steer clear of Wright Mechanical (Louisville, KY) at all costs - After spending $4,500, the issue remains unresolved. We inherited a York HVAC system installed in 2020 when we purchased our home (installed by Wright Mechanical). Although it was too large for the space, problems d…

The service was prompt, professional, and there was no high-pressure sales tactics. The prices were very reasonable. It's a completely family-owned business. They are local, not run by an out-of-town owner. You can feel confident when you reach out to Wright Mechanical.

Professional and quick response. The A/C needed to be replaced on the third-story roof. They managed to do the work swiftly and effectively. Compared to other estimates, their pricing was very fair.

Anthony came out and handled the start-up of my dual fuel system and exceeded expectations. I would recommend Wright Mechanical Services to anyone for their HVAC needs because their service, quality, and timeliness are exceptional!
