We have been loyal customers for several years. Recently, we found ourselves without air conditioning and were dissatisfied with the scheduling time for a potential repair. Despite having this company perform maintenance every six months, we felt undervalued during this urgent si…

I am currently in the process of having my air conditioning repaired. The staff has been unprofessional and discourteous. I have spoken with Janeth twice and Ingrid once, and both were dismissive of my concerns and appeared annoyed by my inquiries. Additionally, there seems to ha…

They responded the same day and provided quick and effective service. I give them FIVE STARS for good reasons. Plus, the pricing was reasonable too.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They really made no effort to assist us. I am extremely disappointed as we were left without cold air for over a week during the summer. I would advise against using this company; the staff seems indifferent to your needs and those of…

It has been 400 days since the installation of the unit. I hadn't used it for a couple of months due to the pleasant late summer/fall weather. However, when I turned on the heater as temperatures began to drop below zero, I noticed that the blower wasn't consistently turning on a…

My heating system failed, of course, on the first cold day of 2019. It took two visits to my home (as the part needed to be ordered). The issue was with the main board, which they informed me was still under warranty. They were straightforward, reliable, and completed the job eff…

Fantastic company. Rudy is outstanding. I had a broken sink disposal that needed replacing. I called in the morning and had a new disposal installed by the afternoon. The staff (Carmen) was incredibly professional and handled my request seamlessly, and Rudy was exceptional.
Diagnostics, installs and the odd bad attic, from contractors who film their own jobs.
