The communication from REI is excellent. I sent a picture of my hot water heater that needed replacement (it was 17 years old), and we talked about my preference for a Bradford White heater due to their strong reputation. From our first discussion around 8 AM, a brand new heater…

I faced a major issue when my hot water heater broke and caused a flood in the basement. It was 9 PM, and none of the plumbers I called were available. I reached out to REI Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion, and they answered right away. The representative guided me through…

Initially, we thought our water heater was leaking and contacted Donal at 5 PM on a Wednesday. He arrived promptly and identified the actual issue—a sewer backup. He called his team, and they arrived within an hour with the necessary equipment. Although they couldn't resolve the…

The best plumber ever! I absolutely adore this guy... Donal fixed my tankless water heater when no one else could. His prices are very reasonable, especially considering the difficulties he faced in accessing it. The unit is crammed into the corner of my small utility room... it…

I can't believe I waited so long to write this review. The staff, pricing, and quality of work are all exceptional! Initially, I made the mistake of asking for a quote from one of the large retail stores. I'm so glad...

I had an awesome experience after receiving a previous quote from a plumber who couldn't resolve the issue. I contacted Dave and Joe's plumbing for a second opinion. Joe quickly identified the root cause of the problem (a leaking drain and poorly...)
