My experience with Premiere A/C was fantastic for my family and me. I reside in Seattle, WA, and discovered that my family back home was without functioning A/C this summer. I contacted two companies in New Orleans for quotes. The first company attempted to overcharge us, but Pre…

Xavier was a fantastic technician—professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful during his visit. My main concerns lie with the scheduling and communication from the office. We had appointments set 2-3 times, but no one arrived, and we weren’t notified beforehand. Ultimately, we…

Xavier did an excellent job installing our new Bosch AC. I was grateful they could complete the work on a Saturday due to the weather conditions the previous day. I highly recommend their services. Their prices outperformed four other recommended AC technicians while offering a s…

Jerald and his team are fantastic. I called last week regarding my broken AC, and Jerald dispatched his crew just a couple of hours later! This was my third call to AC companies in the area, and the other two told me they couldn't come out to assess my issue for weeks. When the t…

I had a wonderful experience with Premiere! They responded promptly and came to our house the following day. Their prices were very reasonable, and they resolved the issue within an hour. I highly recommend them!

In New Orleans, heaters are often an afterthought. The intense heat and humidity throughout the year ensure that. On those rare days when it’s actually cold enough to turn one on, you might find yourself outside in your underwear shouting, "Yes! Finally!" Then, a few hours later,…
Diagnostics, installs and the odd bad attic, from contractors who film their own jobs.
