I recently had NCB replace my old swamp cooler with a new unit, and I was very pleased with the entire process. Brandon came out to provide the estimate and was always prompt in answering my inquiries. I received five estimates, and NCB's pricing was the most competitive by a sig…

They executed the requested service quickly and at a fair price. They also inquired if there were any other plumbing issues that needed attention while they were on-site, which helped me save on another service call. They were friendly and efficient.

Jackson did a great job. He replaced a drain hose during the first visit, but the air gap leak persisted. He came back the next morning to bypass the air gap.

The friendly and personable technicians did an excellent job cleaning the pads, lubricating the bearings, tightening the belt, and more. The swamp cooler is functioning better than ever. Their pricing was slightly more reasonable than others.
