Incredibly quick response time and very knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed and resolved the plumbing issue in a timely manner. He even went the extra mile by reminding me to instruct the dishwasher installers to include a "high loop" with the di…

Unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied with this experience, especially considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I was quoted $275 to replace the wax seal on a leaking toilet. When JD arrived, he removed the toilet and replaced the wax seal. However, the toilet continued…

I sincerely apologize, Fran. I did clean out all the old wax ring before putting in the new one - your husband was present while I did so. I left a bit of the old wax around the bottom where the flange was deteriorating - as I mentioned, the toilet flange is quite rotted. The old…

JD effectively completed the task, thoughtfully and efficiently, all while staying within our budget. We had an HVAC issue that a previous technician either overlooked or couldn’t diagnose correctly, so we contacted JD. He figured it out and performed a clean job in just a few ho…

A super nice guy. He arrived on time, devised an excellent solution to my problem, and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

Prompt response and timely arrival. He explained the type of backflow prevention device needed and how it functions. The cost for the job and parts was reasonable. The work was completed with minimal mess (just a bit of water). I would definitely recommend and will call JD for an…

Very helpful, kind, and informative. I will certainly be reaching out to him again for future projects, although my current project is on hold due to involving a sprinkler system and a special NYS Certified Inspection. He provided me with a wealth of free information and even ver…

John was very knowledgeable and truly exceeded my expectations. He was the most cost-effective choice for our gas burner’s regular winter maintenance, and I don’t always opt for the cheapest option. However, I’m glad I did with him. He completed the maintenance and then addressed…

JD has been outstanding. He replaced my water heater in just a few hours. It was a rapid service. I even required some troubleshooting after the installation, and he came after hours to ensure I was all set. I've found the handyman I was searching for! I highly recommend him!
