The staff here are very knowledgeable and do not overcharge you! I had just moved into a new house at the start of summer, and my HVAC system was leaking condensation in the attic. I first contacted a well-known HVAC company that had inspected it, and they quoted me around $2,000…

THIEF AND SCAM ARTIST! I paid Jarvis $5,000 to replace an old failing exterior condenser. After a year filled with excuses and no installation, I had to seek another vendor for the job. After another year of excuses, I am still owed $2,100. It appears I am at least his third vict…

I have an ancient HVAC system that has been revived from sudden failures multiple times over the years. This time, the issue was with the electrical system, and it failed on us in the middle of June. I discovered J & Cooling on Yelp and decided to reach out, and I was not let dow…

This company is incredibly professional and is Black-owned. They are responsive to any inquiries and possess extensive knowledge about HVAC systems. If you consider any other HVAC company besides them, you are doing yourself a disservice.

How can I give 0 stars? This man is a complete fraud. I hired him to install new duct lines and a plenum, and fast forward a year, the problem persisted, and I later found out he hadn’t replaced anything at all. He took advantage of me because he knew it was a rental property tha…

Sir, this did not happen. We hired contractors who we trusted to perform the job as they have always done, and now that we know they didn’t complete the duct work, we no longer do business with them. We will refund your money as we previously stated regarding the duct work. We ap…

I needed someone to install two new smart thermostats in my new house. I discovered this company through Yelp's service quote system, and although they had only one review at the time, I decided to take a chance. It turned out to be a great decision, and now I’m writing my own 5-…
Diagnostics, installs and the odd bad attic, from contractors who film their own jobs.
