Incredible! My fiancé is part of the service department, and the insights he shares are truly humbling. They genuinely strive to ensure everyone is well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

I reached out recently and learned that they have exited the solar business, even though I invested over $30,000 for 24 panels in a system that has always been inadequate for our energy requirements, a concern I raised from the start. Since the installation, they have been comple…

We have utilized Hedgehog on multiple occasions. Today, Bo came to install a new ceiling fan. He was able to come three days earlier than scheduled because he finished another job ahead of time. Hedgehog (and specifically Bo, who has been here for previous jobs) is dependable, re…

The scheduling process was straightforward. Two technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were courteous and friendly. They provided a clear explanation of the issue. The pricing was fair.

Beware of price gouging. We required a 240 line installation for a new HVAC system. No new box or breakers were necessary, and the job was primarily indoors in our garage. I paid $69 to receive a quote for the work. The estimate was $3,100 for running about 35 feet of wire. That…

I spent $463 for one hour of "troubleshooting" the popping of GFCI outlets. Replacing them would have cost several hundred dollars more. No other issues were identified. Given that these devices typically last 10-15 years and my home is about that age, the "troubleshooting" could…
