I called this company to have my boiler and water heater checked before the new tenants move in and I must admit I have been lazy with my scheduling of yearly preventative maintenance inspections but the nice gentleman technician…

I had a leak and called Serve Tech in the morning. The plumber arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly identified the issue and helped me find a solution. He even helped me clean up the water.

I called this guy at 230 pm and he got in touch with my tenant, set up an…
