DWP HVAC-R SERVICE

My heating system failed just before the 20" snowstorm hit. David came to my residence three times and dedicated a total of six hours to troubleshooting the issue. He ultimately resolved the problem -- a rare malfunction that even my HVAC-specialist friend couldn't identify. I am…

David came over today to service my central air conditioning unit. He is just a fantastic person, and I am thrilled to have found him. He is first-rate, a true gentleman, and possesses exceptional skills.

After two other service companies claimed my unit was beyond repair and needed replacement, I reached out to David. Keep in mind that these two companies had filled the unit with Freon and then left. A week later, it was malfunctioning again. David thoroughly tested the entire sy…

I highly endorse David and DWP HVAC, and I'm so pleased to have discovered him. He has resolved multiple AC issues for me and has consistently been friendly, honest, diligent, and reasonably priced.

I hired David to replace my water heater. He assured me he could manage the job, but it turned out to be a nearly fatal error. He purchased a tank that was larger than the one I had been using. He failed to measure anything before buying the tank, resulting in the factory draft d…

I called on a Thursday afternoon because my old window air conditioner was leaking water into my home. I was given an appointment for early Friday morning! Alfredo and Jose arrived punctually, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it…

Two years ago, we decided to install a ductless heating and cooling system for each room, as maintaining our furnace for the entire house was becoming too expensive. We found a Mr. Slim by Mitsubishi, and Pacific HVAC provided the best price…
