Service: 10/10 Substance: 10/10 Value: 10/10 Totally worth it. He replaced the toilet that was *ahem* overwhelmed (read: destroyed) during a particularly lively Friendsgiving. And it was completed the same day, so I didn’t have to share my bathroom for another moment with my room…

Thanks for the fantastic review! A new toilet is a small investment for a memorable Friendsgiving!

Yelp is my go-to source for finding professional services for my home. I seek out companies that have numerous positive reviews from local individuals who have written many reviews. I get suspicious if I see a lot of overly positive reviews from people who have only reviewed once…

I highly recommend Authentic Services. I encountered a plumbing issue that two other "BIG" companies assessed and suggested extensive work that wasn’t truly necessary, just to inflate their bill. I contacted Sean, who responded promptly and was able to come out the following morn…

Reliable, professional, and trustworthy. They assisted us with a leak from our bathroom to downstairs and also installed a new water heater. Highly recommended.

Sean was fantastic; he came highly recommended by a neighbor. He was punctual, professional, and tidy. He installed two pressure valves and fixed a leak. He explained everything before starting the work. Regarding pricing, I found him to be very reasonable. I would highly recomme…
