Aloha Sewer and Service

We had some old iron pipes that were entirely corroded beneath our house. I received estimates from several companies, and Shane's quote was significantly lower. Not only did he offer a better price, but he also completed the job quicker than the other companies had estimated, an…

I hired Shane and his team to install some necessary safety devices as required by my home insurance provider. He was on time, patient, easy to communicate with, and his pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend him and am pleased to have found someone I can reach out to for…

I needed to replace a toilet (and have the old one removed) and also needed parts for another toilet replaced. Shane delivered excellent customer service and maintained great communication before and during the service visit. He addressed all plumbing concerns promptly and was a…

They were very responsive and incredibly easy to collaborate with. I wasn't able to be present at the house, but that didn't create any issues for them.

Outstanding Service! It was a breath of fresh air to find a company that is honest, dependable, and truly values the integrity of their business. I've encountered many businesses that are solely focused on inflating prices and profiting off customers. This company genuinely cares…

I had a wonderful experience with Aloha! Shane was courteous, punctual, and very professional. He was able to come out shortly after my call and worked around my schedule to complete the job quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend them!!

Toilet issues. Exceptional service. Shane was very courteous and professional. I would hire Aloha Sewer and Service for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! No automated system to deal with, just a real person who is caring and doesn’t overcharge! An entirely honest individual and extremely trustworthy! 5 stars.

Toilet was clogged, and a new toilet needed installation. This was the only company that could come to unplug the toilet the same day. They returned the following week to install our new toilet. Great service at a reasonable price.

What can I say about these guys? Steffen Gilbert, Roman, and Dan Morasci completely rescued me during a critical time with an inspection and clearance. A situation arose for my buyer concerning a house we had under contract. I called Dan Morasci and…

In contrast to the previous reviewer, I would like to share my experience with this company. I placed my order in March 2017 through one of my local dealers. I was contacted within a week after scheduling, and they informed me that they had received…

We had them come out last year for heater issues; they told us we had a clogged filter and charged us $25. Today, we faced a similar problem, and they fixed a faulty switch, charging $110. What an incredibly ethical company. I will recommend them to everyone…

My water heater failed after 12 years, and I needed a replacement. I reached out to the…
